Zone Visits

Our zone visits help us pass on savings to you by giving you a free visit! One of our vets will visit each region on a particular day of the week, as per the map.

There are a few rules to be able to qualify for a zone visit as listed:

• Only routine appointments such as; vaccinations, dentals or laser sessions are to be carried out
• Zone visits requests cannot be made the day before the day required
• No specific vet can be specified
• The arrival time for the zone visit will be given to you the night before the appointment
• Registered clients will be invoiced as normal but unregistered/first time clients are expected to pay at the time of the consultation.
• Booked on a first come, first served basis so book early as they do get very booked up!

The zone visits do not replace our normal consultation service so if you would like to have a specific vet or day, then we can always book you in as a standard consultation instead of a zone visit.
