Dental Health

Lots of pets can suffer from dental disease and tartar build up, which can cause serious problems as they get older. We check their teeth routinely at your pets annual check up but our nurses offer dental checks if you are worried about your pets mouth and we can advise you on preventative care or treatments as necessary.

What can you do to maintain your pets dental disease:

• Toothbrush and paste!
• Dry food can chip the tartar off the teeth rather than wet food
• Scale and polish (this does require a general anaesthetic and day in with us)
